Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information WakeHello (“WakeHello”, “we”) collects when you visit wakehello.com, join the waitlist or use the service, and how we use it.

What we collect

  • Waitlist: your email address, the language of the page, the time zone reported by your browser, and the link you came from (for example a “ref” tag in the address).
  • Service: your phone number, your wake-up schedule, call times and results, and the times you entered your code.
  • Payments: handled by our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record. We do not see or store your card details.
  • Visit counts: we count page views per day, by page language, without cookies.
  • Google Analytics (only if you allow it): how you use the page, such as pages viewed, clicks, the device and browser type and an approximate location. Without your consent it is not loaded at all. We do not use advertising cookies.

How we use it

  • To place your wake-up calls and show your history.
  • To email you about your waitlist spot or your account.
  • To understand which links bring visitors, using daily totals.

We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Service providers

Calls are placed through Twilio, which receives your phone number and the call content. Payments are processed by our payment provider. The site and database run on a server we rent from our hosting provider. If you allow analytics cookies, Google (Google Analytics) receives usage data and may process it outside your country, including in the United States; Google keeps it for up to 14 months.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to protect forms and remember the link you came from, and, for the alarm screens, a cookie that identifies your paired device. Google Analytics cookies (_ga) are set only after you click “Allow” in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page; withdrawing removes those cookies.

Retention

Waitlist emails are kept until you ask us to remove them or the waitlist closes. Account data is deleted within 30 days after you close your account.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing [email protected]. If you are in the EU, UK or Türkiye you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above, and email you if the change is significant.
