Terms of Service
Last updated: 5 November 2026
These terms apply to your use of WakeHello, provided by WakeHello. By joining the waitlist or subscribing you agree to them.
The service
WakeHello places automated phone calls to the number you provide at the times you choose, and repeats them until you enter the code read on the call or the time limit you set is reached.
Not a safety device
WakeHello depends on phone networks, our call provider and our servers, any of which can fail. Calls may be delayed or not delivered. Do not rely on WakeHello as your only alarm for anything where oversleeping could cause harm, such as medication, flights, exams or work shifts. Keep a backup alarm.
Your responsibilities
- Only register a phone number that you own or are allowed to use, and that agrees to receive these calls.
- Keep your phone set up so the calls can reach you (contacts, silent mode and voicemail settings).
- Any charges your phone carrier applies to receiving calls are yours.
Subscription and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment provider at the price shown when you subscribe (currently $4.99 per month, plus applicable taxes). You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the paid month. Refunds follow our refund policy.
Early access
WakeHello is in early access. Features may change, and we may pause or end the service. If we end a paid plan before the period you paid for is over, we will refund the unused part.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last three months. We are not liable for indirect losses such as missed appointments, travel or earnings.
